Recently I was looking for the best selling HD TV and was really surprised when my research led me to the Samsung LN40C630 LCD HD TV. At first I was surprised that the Samsung (big fan like me) and secondly, that the 40 inch set, and not something bigger. So, here I am, HD TV expert, but I'm surprised something like that!
I also thought it would be a LED or plasma, but it was mid-range LCD that came on top. So, I had to find out more about this HD TV that everyone in America is buying!
As I was in Vancouver at that time, I went to the local Future Shop to see what I could learn. Arriving early Monday morning in the hope of the sales staff would not have anything better to do than give me a demo, a strategy has shown good as I quickly found my new best friend Graham TV salesman. To be fair, I explained to him I had no intention of buying and on the mind, so that Starbucks vanilla latte later, Graham was in full swing!
The first thing Graham told me that Samsung have just gone to market with the C Series LCD. And, he quickly pointed out how the price has dropped compared to previous models. the release. My opinion is that the economies of scale in the legs as far as LCD TV production is concerned ... that is combined with the apparent increase in demand and therefore numbers of delivery and it is classic price reduction situation. So, I think we just reached the point where people begin to feel that it is truly a good deal to invest in a HD TV.
That's fair enough, but I still think any HD TV needs to "wow" potential buyer make them part with their hard earned money, even more so in the current economic conditions.
The most important thing I wanted to know about the screen motion blur, a well-known flaw in Ealy LCD sets. Indeed this is why my first HD set was plasma (as a sports fan at all). Of course, the old Plasma (now my second set) suffers the curse of Plasma - screenburn. Tough choices in the "old" days!
Anyway, back to the story, Graham explained that, because they made a 630 series with 120 Hz refresh the screen and gave him a lot of 1080p HD capacity to question riješeno.80, 000:1 contrast ratio also helps the image is clear even when the action reaches breakneck speed.
I think watching sports as a high priority for TV entertainment for the many millions of Americans to overcome this problem at lower prices today mean barrier price objection is broken which is why Samsung LN40C630 now proves that they are very popular and we are seeing huge sales figures.
Of course I love all sports and this is a big problem for me. But what I saw from LN40C630 LCD TV really changed my view on the LCD.
So, we rigged a true 1080p source and the picture is crystal clear. And, I am delighted to report absolutely free motion blur. We watched the "morning after" replay of the Canucks game in full HD 1080th Hockey is probably the fastest sports available zapanjujući.Akcija picture is crisp and clear colors with bright and vibrant and blacks deep and dark.
Then I plugged the Blu Ray DVD player to see how the TV performs with HD DVD. Again LN40C630 Samsung has come up trumps. Brilliant, bright, solid colors with a deep rich black showed a stunning contrast and images that seemed like it was real life in the sun.
Graham (we were now on behalf of conditions) explained that it was for full 1080p and contrast ratio. He also told me that early LCD were only 10000:1. Most HD TV's are around 70,000 -. 100,000 odds ratio, and this is what gives the latest sets a very detailed and crystal clear images, no matter how fast and frantic action can be
The truth is better "definition" is available with LED, but I am convinced (after watching) that this set is now so popular because it gives a truly amazing viewing experience at a very reasonable price. It is also quite "immediate" future proof with Graham bill that would have been "well in the last 5-7 years." I think that's reasonable.
UN40C630 Samsung also comes with a reasonable Jack Pack (4 HDMI, 2 USB, PC input), the better it is available, sure, but it is more than adequate for most, except for real geeks needs. Low power consumption is another side benefit. It also uses Samsungs latest technology photos (Wide Color Enhancer Pro). It is designed to better color brightness across the spectrum, resulting in more brilliant colors. I can vouch for this! (Can you say that I have borrowed a leaf from the sale there !)
is one small drawback to LN40C630 Samsung 40 inch LED TV is that the sound is not very good in all honesty. With only 2 x 10 W speakers I think that it is not unusual. While the brochure says, "offers a multi-channel sound," and it is not. But I think most people are buying HD TV will probably buy at least basic cinema surround system so that it really does not matter, in my opinion.
The bottom line? This is an outstanding HD TV in terms of performance, functionality and price which is more important! If you have not yet upgraded, this is the environment, safe solution for its first foray into HD TV. Robust technology to offer outstanding image quality for any viewing. Seeing a demo courtesy of Graham I can now clearly see why Samsung LN40C630 LCD TV has become America the most popular HD TV!
